Actor Ronn Moss.
WORLD'S MOST DANGEROUS ROADS New series ***1/2 7.30pm, SBS One
Mountain roads cut into Georgian mountains.
World's Worst and World's Most Dangerous h ave become their own genre in the reality/factual universe and many of them are surprisingly tedious, given the subject matter. Not so this cracking UK series, which sends two vaguely well-known Brits (tonight, actor Angus Deayton and journo Mariella Frostrup) along some truly hair-raising roads. Apparently, just to see if they make it out alive. Fantastic editing, a minimal narration, terrific camerawork and good chemistry between the travelling companions make this consistently engaging, and often genuinely nail-biting.
