The FA Cup continues on the Tuesday soccer TV schedule. Everton host West Ham United in the final games of the Third Round. In Spain, the Copa del Rey continues and beIN Sport has Juventus hosting Inter Milan in Serie A.
Everton vs West Ham at 2:45pm on Fox Sports 1. Tim Howard is out with an injury while Everton try to advance in the Third Round of the FA Cup against a Premier League opponent. Everton are 13th to West Ham's 7th in the Premier League table, separated by 11 points. Everton are on a four-game losing streak in the league. After losing to Chelsea and Arsenal, West Ham drew 1-1 with West Brom in the Premier League.
'We've got three games now at home and it's really important that we support each other and we help the players to enjoy their football,' Everton manager Roberto Martinez said. 'We need to get that positive result that will trigger our season and a bit of momentum, which I don't think we've had this season in the league.'
When asked whether the FA Cup has lost a bit of its glamour, West Ham manager Sam Allardyce said 'It's hard to say, it certainly has in terms of its attendances, I think across the board they've gone down. But overall I don't think it has. It's a great tournament with the opportunity of playing at Wembley at the end. I remember watching it from the age of about eight or nine and the chances of an underdog beating a big boy hasn't lost its glamour. There hasn't been so many shocks in this round but the glamour is still there.'
Juventus vs Inter Milan at 3pm on beIN Sport. Though this is a meeting of big names, the two clubs are 18 points apart in the table. Juventus lead Serie A with Inter Milan in 11th-place. Juventus won their last league game before the winter break 3-1 over Cagliari while Inter Milan drew 2-2 with Lazio.
'Inter are an excellent team and possess individuals capable of winning the game,' Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri said. 'Kovacic, in spite of his tender years, has a great future ahead of him and is one of the few players in the world capable of beating his man with one touch. We'll also have to look out for the likes of Icardi, Palacio and Guarin - all quality players. Perhaps they approach tomorrow's fixture following a less than fruitful period in terms of results, but they're regaining confidence.'
Also on Tuesday's soccer TV schedule, beIN en Espanol has the Copa del Rey: Celta Vigo vs Athletic at 11am and Malaga vs Levante at 1pm. All Times Eastern
