Girls' house league soccer champs crowned in...

Kelly Green Oakville United Taxi, Gold Mr. Lube and Navy Blue Cogeco were crowned girls' under-13/14, U15/16 and U17/18 champions, respectively, Sunday in the Oakville Soccer Club's inaugural Inaria Cup tournament.
U13/14 Kelly Green clinched its title with a 4-2 victory over Purple R.M.I., while the U15/16 Gold and U17/18 Navy Blue each beat Orange Pizza Pizza squads 1-0 in their finals.
The Oakville Soccer Club introduced the Inaria Cup this year as a new way to decide house league playoff champions, rather than the single-elimination Oakville Cup. The Inaria Cup boys' tournament will be held this week, beginning Thursday.
